Job summary

Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a proven track record to lead a sales team and drive toward aggressive targets in Albany, GA. You will oversee sales activities, recruit and develop staff, and work with the finance team to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership sales management experience.
• Aggressive and motivated leader with passion for success, customer service, training and opportunity.
• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department.
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force.
• Meet and Exceed Factory Sales and Customer Satisfaction Objectives.
• Set the Highest Level of Professionalism for your Team.
• Work with Finance Team to ensure Performance Metrics are Achieved.
• Negotiate Pricing with Customers and Problem Solve.
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
