Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Hyundai of Albany is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a proven track record to lead a sales team, hit aggressive monthly targets, coach staff, and expand customer relationships in a high-volume dealership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership sales management experience preferred.
• Aggressive and motivated leadership with a track record of success in sales, customer service, and training.
• Ability to meet monthly forecasts for sales volume and gross objectives.
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department.
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales team.
• Meet and exceed factory sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism for the team.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
• Negotiate pricing and resolve customer issues.
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department.
