Five Star Automotive Group's Albany dealerships are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive results. You will manage daily sales activities, train and develop staff, and work with the finance team to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of Previous Automotive Dealership Sales Management Experience Required.
• Aggressive and Motivated Leader with Passion for Success, Customer Service, Training and Opportunity
• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
• Meet and Exceed Factory Sales and Customer Satisfaction Objectives
• Set the Highest Level of Professionalism for your Team
• Work with Finance Team to ensure Performance Metrics are Achieved
• Negotiate Pricing with Customers and Problem Solve
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
