Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America invites motivated graduates to join its 18‑24 month Aggregates Management Trainee Program. You will rotate through aggregates operations, production, maintenance, safety, quality, and business functions, building leadership skills through hands-on field experience and special projects.

You will partner with leaders to create a personalized development plan and gain exposure to multiple sites nationwide, with travel required.

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Aggregates Management Trainee Program. This 18-24 month rotational program provides hands‑on experience across key operational and business functions while preparing participants for future leadership opportunities within our aggregates business.

• Combination of office, field, quarry, and outdoor work environments.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and industrial settings.
• Frequent interaction with operations, maintenance, technical, and business teams.
• Travel will be required throughout the program to gain insight into different business sites and functions.
