Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Pit Operations Supervisor in Georgia to lead daily pit operations, coordinate equipment and staffing, and drive production, safety, and environmental performance in an outdoor aggregate environment.

You will supervise, coach, and develop team members, promote a positive, inclusive culture, and ensure timely execution of schedules while optimizing operational efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in mining/aggregates or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes and mobile equipment operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Work Environment

• Primarily located in an outdoor aggregate production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
• Regular interaction with production personnel, contractors, and operational leadership.
• Combination of field-based supervision and administrative responsibilities.
• May require flexible scheduling to support operational needs.
