Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. in Tennessee seeks an Hourly Aggregates Foreman at our Hickman County Quarry to lead daily operations, supervise production and ensure safety compliance.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will manage costs, plan mine activities, guide staff, and participate in budgeting and forecasting, while engaging with the local community. Candidates should have 3–5 years in aggregates operations, knowledge of AggQC/AggFlow, and strong leadership; MS Office skills

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations and engineering in aggregate processing
• AggQC and AggFlow knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements and basic accounting principles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• MSHA safety standards compliance experience

Responsibilities

• Manage an operation, supervise production and sales.
• Ensure pit and mine activities are conducted to plan.
• Control costs to meet budgets and achieve savings.
• Identify deficiencies and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Lead staff with clear performance objectives and regular feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Direct mine and pit planning and forecasting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Engage with the local community.
