Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• 3+ years of quarry operations experience, mining or aggregates preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to motivate a team.
• Deep knowledge of quarrying processes, equipment, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and a safe work environment.
• Proven safety record and compliance with MSHA standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with data recording/reporting software.
