Gary Merlino Construction Co., Inc, a privately held heavy civil contractor serving the Puget Sound region, seeks an Aggregate Dispatcher at its Renton facility. The role involves dispatching dump trucks, coordinating drivers by seniority, taking and scheduling orders, and tracking driver training and records.

Ideal candidates will have CDL (preferred), strong phone and data-entry skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and experience handling high call volumes.

Formación

• CDL preferred or able to obtain one.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Computer and data entry skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high call volumes (up to 100 calls/day).
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems quickly in real time.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch dump trucks and schedules drivers by seniority and hours.
• Take and schedule orders and coordinate material needs.
• Oversee drivers and arrange training, testing, and reviews.
• Keep records of driver attendance, coaching, and safety incidents.
