Job summary

Dialpad seeks a Forward Deployed Agent Designer - Agentic Voice to own the live voice experience for deployed AI agents across digital and phone channels. You will ensure consistency, fluency, and speed while reflecting each customer’s brand personality in production conversations.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to define voice, tone, and persona, improve performance, and turn early deployments into scalable, high-quality voice experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role improving conversational AI or AI-enabled voice experiences in production.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI, LLM behavior, agent tuning, and production agent quality issues.
• Experience voice prompting, prosody control, SSML or similar and text normalization / pronunciation prompting.

Responsibilities

• Own voice quality outcomes for AI voice agent deployments from implementation through production readiness.
• Partner with customers to define target workflows, brand voice, and success criteria, then translate into agent behavior.
• Tune agents by refining voices, personas, phrasing, pronunciation, pacing, and normalization.
