Job summary

Firsthand is seeking a Senior Contract Agentic Experience Designer to rethink how users engage with AI-powered brand experiences across multiple campaigns. You will operate at the intersection of interaction design, conversational UX, and growth design, translating campaign objectives into measurable user experiences within an existing product and technical framework.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing digital experiences where engagement or conversion is measured.
• Strong understanding of interaction patterns, progression, hierarchy and CTAs.
• Experience with conversational interfaces, AI products, agent experiences or emerging interaction models.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign goals into user behaviors, experience strategies, and design hypotheses.
• Design end-to-end agent experiences across composition, flows, content and CTAs.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting to ensure feasibility, measurability, and objective alignment.
