Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking an Agentic Experience Designer to define how intelligent experiences work across customers, clients, and colleagues. You will shape how people express intent, how agents interpret it, and how experiences move across conversation, voice, interfaces, and human support.

Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you will work alongside product management and engineering on the teams building these experiences, shaping the product from early exploration through production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of product design, interaction design, or related experience.
• Proven experience designing conversational, AI-enabled, adaptive, or agentic experiences.
• Strong interaction design across conversation, interface, information architecture, and complex service experiences.
• Strong content judgment; clear, concise, natural interactions.
• Advanced fluency in Figma and scalable design systems.
• Fluency using AI in discovery, synthesis, exploration, prototyping, evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience with AI-native analytics/tools to improve agent performance.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic experiences end-to-end across conversation, voice, visual interfaces, and inputs.
• Define how experiences move across conversation, voice, interfaces, and system actions.
• Design how agents interpret intent, gather context, clarify ambiguity, and communicate outcomes.
• Connect agent experience to underlying service, operational process, and outcomes.
• Establish interaction models with appropriate levels of customer control based on context and risk.
• Incorporate transparency, consent, and explainability while minimizing friction.
• Design escalation and human intervention preserving context across transitions.
• Create reusable agentic patterns and collaborate with design system teams.
• Use AI-native tools to analyze interactions, test hypotheses, and identify opportunities.
