Job summary
Accenture seeks an Automation Architect to drive end-to-end AI-powered automation solutions across client ecosystems, leveraging Generative and Agentic AI technologies. You will lead design, engagement, and implementation for AI-led automation across ERP, ITSM, CRM and cloud platforms.
You will guide multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and modern delivery methods while collaborating with clients in finance, retail, life sciences, and manufacturing domains.
Qualifications
- 7-12 years in IT consulting, system integration or cloud advisory services.
- Experience leading AI-led automation programmes as Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
- Ability to design multi-agent orchestration and Gen AI workflows.
- Experience integrating ERP, ITSM, CRM with cloud platforms.
- Exposure to financial services, retail, life sciences or manufacturing domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations and internal discussions for solutioning complex automation requirements.
- Provide PoC solutions and plan and execute Gen AI/Agentic AI automation across client requests.
- Coordinate with technical teams for deployments, testing, and product enhancements; govern delivery against architecture baselines.
