Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a senior Product Data & Agentic Commerce Manager to lead product data strategy and execution within large-scale Agentic Commerce transformations. You will align AI-ready content with client commercial needs, oversee data governance and enrichment, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled commerce experiences.

The role requires deep experience in product data, PXM platforms, and governance across multi-channel ecosystems, with a focus on enabling

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product content management, digital commerce, or customer technology — with deep, hands-on expertise in product data strategy, enrichment, and governance at scale.
• 5+ years of hands-on platform experience with PXM and PIM systems — specifically Salsify, Akeneo, or Syndigo — including data modeling, enrichment workflow design, attribute schema definition, and multi-channel syndication configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead product data strategy and implementation workstream within Agentic Commerce transformation engagements.
• Bridge AI agent requirements with client commercial/operational needs to surface and transact on products.
• Define product data value chain strategies from R&D to AI-ready feeds.
• Guide PXM strategy and platform implementation across Salsify, Akeneo, and Syndigo.
