Job summary

Accenture Song in the US seeks an Agentic Commerce & AI Consultant to design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration. You will take ownership of solution components, ensuring scalable, secure deployments within customer technology ecosystems.

Collaborate with Song teams across Commerce, Experience, Marketing, and Data to deliver measurable business impact. Travel up to 50% and reside within 90 minutes of an Accenture office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building scalable AI or data-driven systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph.
• Skill in designing multi-agent orchestration pipelines and tool invocation.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise APIs and backend commerce platforms.
• Hands-on with FastAPI, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Databricks.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented architectures.
• Understanding of Responsible AI and production monitoring.
• Cloud-native architectures, containerization, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate AI concepts to business value.
• Experience with semantic layers and knowledge graphs; prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration.
• Own solution components, ensuring scalable, secure deployments within customer ecosystems.
• Define data, knowledge, and context pipelines to support agent reasoning.
• Lead data prep, integration, validation, and semantic modeling for commerce use cases.
• Architect orchestration pipelines integrating predictive models, LLM reasoning, APIs, and enterprise tools.
• Develop modular services with FastAPI and deploy in containerized, CI/CD environments.
• Utilize Databricks for large-scale modeling and AI experimentation.
• Ensure scalable integration with digital commerce platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
• Apply Responsible AI principles, observability, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; contribute to assets and accelerators.
