Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to build autonomous, enterprise-grounded agents that complete complex business tasks to accelerate productivity across the organization.

You will leverage the Elastic Stack (including ESRE, Agent Builder and Workflows) to provide the 'brain' and 'memory' for our agentic ecosystem, integrating LLMs with internal APIs and third‑party SaaS tools for autonomous action.

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering GenAI projects with autonomous task completion or complex workflow automation.
• Desire to master ESRE, advanced RAG patterns, and the Elastic ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows using reasoning and tools to automate end-to-end business processes.
• Ground agents in enterprise knowledge using RAG and ESRE for high-accuracy task completion.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and integrate with internal APIs and third‑party SaaS tools for autonomous actions.
• Provision and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) via Terraform for high concurrency.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to deploy, test, and optimize agent performance.
• Apply secure cloud architecture, IAM controls, and private networking to protect data.
