Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents and multi-agent systems. You will automate complex workflows, integrate with enterprise apps, and deliver production-ready agentic solutions using LLM frameworks, RAG, and secure data practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration with business stakeholders, and rapid iteration to drive real business impact in healthcare technology workflows.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience desired.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with Python and LLM tooling is essential.
• Experience in healthcare/EMR integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain agentic AI systems for enterprise workflows.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and enterprise integrations with CRM/EMR systems.
• Implement HIPAA-aware development practices and RBAC controls.
• Evaluate agent performance with observability and cost-monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
