Envision Technology Solutions seeks a Lead Agentic AI engineer to design and build autonomous AI agents and LLM-based applications for enterprise use. The role emphasizes expertise in large language models, multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, Python, and cloud AI services.

The ideal candidate will deploy agents across dev, staging, and production environments, integrate with external systems, and guide enterprise AI integration with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years as Sr AI/ML Developer with 3+ agentic AI system implementations.
• 4-6 years with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Vertex AI).
• 4-6 years with Python AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, PyTorch).
• 4-6 years integrating LLMs with external systems and enterprise apps.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines; knowledge graphs welcome.
• Experience in deploying AI models and agents in dev/stage/prod environments.
• Strong communication for stakeholder alignment and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems.
• Fine-tune LLMs, design prompts, and optimize models.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build autonomous business workflows and AI-driven processes.
• Leverage LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
• Ensure production readiness with AI tooling and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage capabilities and timelines.
