Job summary

Elastic is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to build autonomous, enterprise-grounded agents that perform complex business tasks and boost productivity across the organization. You will work on the Elastic Stack (ESRE, Agent Builder, Workflows) to provide brain and memory for the agentic ecosystem.

Join a service-oriented team to help internal partners get started with the stack and deploy scalable, secure solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP with IaC practices.

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering GenAI projects with autonomous task completion or complex workflow automation.
• Strong desire to become Elastic Stack expert (ESRE, RAG patterns, Elastic ecosystem).
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith for multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows that use reasoning and tools to execute end-to-end business processes.
• Leverage RAG and ESRE to ground agents in enterprise knowledge for high-accuracy task completion.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and integrate with internal APIs and third-party SaaS tools.
