Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or related field.
• 8–12 years IT experience with 3+ years building agentic AI solutions on AWS.
• Strong expertise in core AWS services and Python for scalable AI systems.
• Proven leadership in designing complex AI agent architectures and RAG solutions.
• Experience with safe AI governance, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems on AWS Bedrock and other models.
• Build autonomous agents with multi‑step reasoning, planning, and tool use.
• Integrate with SageMaker for model training, fine‑tuning, and evaluation.
• Implement RAG solutions using OpenSearch, Aurora, DynamoDB, and vector stores.
• Optimize cost, latency, scalability, and reliability of AI workloads.
• Ensure governance, security, logging, observability, and incident response.
