Qualifications

• Production experience shipping customer-facing AI agents.
• Strong software engineering foundations (backend or full-stack).

• Ability to own projects from idea through deployment and scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production-grade agentic AI systems used directly by customers.
• Own the full agent lifecycle — prompting, orchestration, evaluation, debugging, iteration, and optimization.
• Build end-to-end solutions across Python and/or TypeScript, collaborating with Product and Design partners.
• Create intelligent workflows leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks to solve complex customer problems.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to ensure reliability, quality, and measurable business impact.
• Help shape the technical direction of AI across the wider platform.
