Job summary

Compass is hiring an Agent Experience Manager for our Littleton, CO office. You will be the first point of contact for agents, training them on Compass tools and programs, and assisting with marketing requests to enhance their business growth.

You will collaborate with onboarding and other teams to ensure a world-class agent experience, and you should be passionate about helping agents succeed in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Live or remote training experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology and provide 1:1 and group training sessions.
• Create collateral from templates (listings, presentations, postcards) and coordinate with marketing for complex requests.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to welcome new customers and plan strategy.
• Support projects like new office openings, national initiatives, and Expansion/M&A activity.
• Partner with other teams to voice agent feedback and questions.
