Sierra is building cutting-edge AI agents for retailers and consumer brands. As an Agent Strategist, you will own the lifecycle from design to production, partnering with executives and product teams to translate business goals into high-performing agents.

You will work at the intersection of product, technology, and customer success, shaping the strategy and delivering measurable business impact through scalable agent solutions.

Formación

• Customer obsession with ability to understand business needs and build trusted relationships.
• Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to solve problems in ambiguity.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production and working with related tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, to launch and production iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape the AI strategy.
• Partner with the customer’s teams day to day, running sessions and troubleshooting issues to keep on track.
• Directly surface unmet needs from customer work to influence product direction.
