Neishloss & Fleming, LLC is seeking a Marketing Representative to recruit independent insurance agents and grow their Medicare agency partnerships. You will engage prospects, educate on available products, and schedule introductory meetings to drive growth.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams, maintain CRM records, and pursue monthly recruitment goals while attending events and trainings as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, sales, business development, marketing or customer acquisition preferred.
• Experience in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or agency recruitment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-starter with growth mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; CRM experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Identify, recruit, and onboard independent insurance agents and agencies.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media and other leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing agents.
• Educate agents on Medicare, Life, and Health products and carrier opportunities.
• Schedule recruiting presentations and introductory meetings.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to support growth.
• Maintain CRM records of recruiting activities and progress.
• Meet or exceed monthly recruiting and activity goals.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and training as needed.
