Job summary

NCD is seeking a creative Content Marketing Specialist to attract new agents, support onboarding, and drive engagement across the insurance community. You’ll craft targeted content for recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention, and partner with Sales to fuel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of content marketing, communications, or enablement writing experience in insurance, healthcare, or related fields.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience creating high‑impact B2B communications, ideally within an agent/broker‑driven sales model.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with email campaign tools, CRM platforms, and performance tracking software.
• Deep understanding of agent sales behavior and insurance industry dynamics (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Write and manage content for the agent lifecycle journey (welcome campaigns, training promos, re‑engagement messaging, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to develop agent‑facing communications for outbound campaigns.
• Craft enablement content that aligns with strategic goals—scripts, guides, FAQ sheets, webinars, etc.
