Tower Hill Insurance Group is seeking a Marketing Representative to drive growth in assigned territory. You will cultivate relationships with agency partners, analyze markets, and implement strategies to achieve profitable results while representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

The role requires collaboration with agents, training on company products, and ongoing market research to identify opportunities for expansion and improved performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for minimum educational requirements.
• Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, sales, agency relations, or related experience required.
• Chartered Property Casual Underwriter (CPCU) or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required; Property & Casualty Agent License preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build and deepen relationships with agency and company partners, including visits, calls, and digital communication; travel as needed.
• Develop expert knowledge on personal lines products, underwriting appetite, and marketing strategies; provide training on systems and processes.
• Establish sales plans, analyze performance, and drive profitable growth for the territory.
• Research marketing strategies and communicate findings to all levels.
• Align marketing strategies with corporate objectives through collaboration with partners.
• Identify, recruit, and appoint new agents to enhance distribution channels.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, routing, and follow-up for agency meetings.
