Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to final policy binding.
Provide ongoing support to current clients, ensuring their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.

Maintain accurate documentation for every client interaction to ensure seamless service.
Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct sales or client management.
Clear and professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Working knowledge of insurance policy structures and coverage nuances.
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software for tracking leads.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
