The Atlantic District in Norristown, PA seeks an Insurance Agent who identifies client coverage needs, reviews policies, and builds trusted relationships with local families and businesses. This role emphasizes helping neighbors protect what they’ve built and contributes to a collaborative team culture.

The ideal candidate holds a PA P&C license, brings agency experience, and is proficient with common office software and agency management systems. A degree is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance producer license.
• Experience in an independent insurance agency environment.
• Technical proficiency in agency management systems and common office software.
• Clear communication skills for explaining complex coverage details to clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify the specific coverage needs of our clients to craft personalized insurance solutions.
• Review existing policies and recommend adjustments that provide better protection for our customers.
• Manage incoming requests and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our agency systems.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure applications are processed efficiently.
• Participate in local community initiatives to strengthen our presence and brand in Norristown.
