This role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate recordkeeping, collaboration with underwriting, and community involvement to grow our local presence.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance producer license.
• Experience in an independent insurance agency environment.
• Technical proficiency in agency management systems and common office software.
• Clear communication skills for explaining complex coverage details to clients.
• Strong organizational habits for managing a pipeline of inquiries and renewals.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is helpful, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify the specific coverage needs of clients to craft personalized insurance solutions.
• Review existing policies and recommend adjustments that provide better protection for customers.
• Manage incoming requests and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within agency systems.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure applications are processed efficiently.
• Participate in local community initiatives to strengthen presence and brand in Norristown.
