The Atlantic District in Lynchburg, VA seeks an Insurance Agent who builds relationships with neighbors and friends, tailoring protection and peace of mind for their futures.

You will meet clients, review coverage, and prepare personalized quotes while maintaining proactive communication and community involvement to support our local network.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Strong comfort with in-person client meetings and community engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for explaining coverage options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base within the Lynchburg community by identifying individuals who need personalized protection.
• Meet with potential and current policyholders to review their existing coverage and suggest meaningful improvements.
• Prepare clear, accurate insurance quotes addressing the life stages and needs of each client.
• Maintain active communication with clients to ensure policies evolve with life changes.
• Participate in local community events to represent The Atlantic District and build lasting connections.
• Keep detailed records of all client interactions and follow-ups in the management system.
