Requirements

Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business.

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to clients.

Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.

Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of client interactions effectively.

Prior experience in relationship management or community-based sales.
