The Atlantic District in Bridgeport, CT seeks an outgoing Insurance Agent who builds trusted relationships with individuals and business owners to assess and meet protection needs.

Qualifications

• Connecticut Producer License in Property and Casualty required.
• 3+ years direct insurance sales or account management experience required.
• Ability to explain complex policy details in clear language.

Requirements

• Connecticut Producer License in Property and Casualty.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Strong comfort level with industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in clear, simple language.
• Active local involvement or a strong desire to embed yourself in the Bridgeport community.
• Reliable transportation for occasional client meetings across the region.
