The Atlantic District in New London, CT is hiring a Multi-line Agent to protect clients' lives and dreams with clear, personal guidance. You will review client coverage, design holistic home, auto, life, and business plans, and meet neighbors with empathy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must hold Connecticut Property & Casualty license.
• Must hold Connecticut Life & Health license.
• Minimum two years' experience managing a multi-line insurance portfolio.
• Proficient with digital policy management systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Review existing client coverage regularly to identify gaps and offer protection upgrades.
• Develop custom insurance solutions for home, auto, life, and business lines for a holistic financial safety net.
• Meet with potential clients in the New London community to discuss their specific goals and concerns.
• Process policy updates and claims inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records to ensure consistent and high-quality service over time.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local outreach strategies and community presence.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Connecticut.

Active Life and Health insurance license in Connecticut.

Minimum of two years of experience managing a multi-line insurance portfolio.

Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office software.

Valid driver's license for occasional local client visits.

Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in plain, accessible language.
