Lucas Hathaway Farmers Insurance seeks an Agent in Training to build a client base and deliver customized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines. You will leverage networking, referrals, and local involvement to generate new business while developing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in sales or performance-driven environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build relationships and close deals in a consultative sales setting
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive for independence and financial advancement
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses; training and fees covered by agency
• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum HS diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend customized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
