Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Berkeley, CA. You will be the first point of contact for agents, handling day-to-day questions, training on Compass tools, assisting with marketing requests, and ensuring a world-class experience that helps agents grow their businesses.

This 100% in-office role at our Berkeley office offers base pay of $32.00–$34.25 per hour, with potential bonuses and a full benefits program.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience in real estate a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for questions and issues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote Compass technology with 1:1 and group training sessions.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to welcome new customers.
• Support expansion initiatives and cross-team feedback.
