Job summary

Compass is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Agent Experience Manager) to be the first point of contact for our Compass agents in the Miami Beach office. You will manage relationships, deliver training on our tools, and support marketing requests to help agents grow their business.

This role is 100% in-office at 1212 Lincoln Road, requiring in-person collaboration across teams and events to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience in real estate is a plus and beneficial to client interactions.
• Experience delivering live or remote trainings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 and group training.
• Provide marketing support, creating collateral from templates for listings.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to welcome new customers.
• Support new office openings and national initiatives; assist with Expansion/M&A.
• Work with teams to champion agent questions and feedback.
• Be the face of the office, greet guests and maintain office operations.
