Job summary

Compass Austin is looking for an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for seller and buyer clients, guiding them through Compass tools and programs, and coordinating marketing requests. This role is 100% in-office in Austin, TX.

You will train and support agents, partner with onboarding, and help drive national initiatives while fostering a collaborative, customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer service, training, office management, hospitality or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology and services with 1:1 and group training.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Partner with Onboarding for strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers.
• Collaborate with teams to champion questions and feedback on behalf of agents.
• Mentor Agent Experience Coordinators and manage escalations.
• Promote a positive, change-oriented culture within the team.
