Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our Compass customers in our Ocean City and Avalon offices. You will act as their account manager, delivering training on tools and programs, assisting with marketing requests, and ensuring a world-class experience.

The role is 100% in-office at Ocean City, NJ and Avalon, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, training, marketing support, and office operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence is a plus.
• Strong desire to support and grow agent businesses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology and services with 1:1 support and group training.
• Provide marketing collateral support and liaise with marketing specialists.
• Partner with Onboarding team on welcome strategy and logistics for new customers.
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and Expansion/M&A projects.
• Collaborate with teams to champion agent questions and feedback.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail, and maintain office logistics.
