Compass is seeking an Office Administrator (Agent Experience Coordinator) in Arlington Heights, IL. You are the first person customers see when they walk into the Compass office, ensuring a 5-star welcome and keeping the space orderly.

You will support agents with tools, programs, and marketing requests, collaborating with the Agent Experience Team to deliver outstanding service. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or office operations, and familiarity with enterprise software

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent listening skills and rapport with customers.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer the office line, manage mail, and maintain the office’s appearance.
• Provide first-line support for office-related needs and inventory management.
• Support agents with tools, programs, and marketing requests.
• Collaborate with the Agent Experience Team to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with basic tech troubleshooting for printers, devices, and conferencing systems.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support and assist with office events.
