Job summary
Archer, collaborating with Sierra, is seeking an Agent Strategist to design and deploy customer-facing AI agents. You will own the agent life cycle from scope to production, working closely with executives to define success and shape the AI strategy that drives measurable business outcomes.
You will run sessions with customer teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product direction by surfacing needs found in customer work.
Qualifications
- Customer obsession and ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
- Clear, direct communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical skills.
- Technical aptitude for engaging with APIs, data models, and system architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple high-visibility projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production and iteration.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
- Run sessions with customer teams and troubleshoot issues to keep launches on track.
- Surface unmet needs from customer work and feed back to product and research.
