Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service preferred.
• Real estate experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Agent Relations and managing brokers with onboarding and training.
• Provide group or 1-on-1 training on new technologies and processes.
• Manage all market referrals.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate office events.
• Collaborate with Concierges and internal departments to support agents.
• Perform administrative duties like stocking supplies, sorting mail, answering calls, and greeting visitors.
