Compass in Santa Barbara and Montecito seeks an Agent Experience Coordinator to welcome guests, uphold office standards, and support customers with Compass tools and programs.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering a world-class experience and collaborating with the agent experience team on needs as they arise.

This 100% in-office role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset to help agents thrive in a vibrant real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front-office needs; maintain appearance and supplies.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and services.
• Assist with basic marketing collateral from templates; liaise with marketing advisors.
• Collaborate across teams to address questions from agents.
• Troubleshoot basic tech/device issues and office systems.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance like meeting prep and data entry.
• Be a culture carrier and positive influence within the team.
• Assist with office event setup and teardown.
