Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio.
• Strong comfort level with consultative, face-to-face sales conversations.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills, both in writing and in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and industry-standard CRM tools.
• Existing relationships within the Stroudsburg community.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the unique risks our clients face and provide thoughtful, personalized coverage solutions.
• Maintain an active presence in the Stroudsburg area to foster trust and connect with local business owners and families.
• Proactively manage your calendar to meet with clients at times that work best for their busy schedules.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions to ensure high-quality service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible value for those we serve.
• Seek out opportunities to educate the community on the value of proper protection and risk management.
