Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a client-facing or sales-driven role.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating digital insurance platforms.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex details clearly.
