Ben Smith Agency in Grandville, MI is seeking an Agency Sales Representative to build relationships with clients and grow a rewarding career in insurance sales. You’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and qualified leads to help customers choose Auto, Home, Life, and Business coverage.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Reach out to qualified leads and help customers find the right insurance coverage.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business and other insurance products.
• Follow up with clients and build long-term relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline using our CRM.
• Continue learning through coaching and training.
