Ben Smith Agency in Grandville, MI is seeking an Agency Sales Representative to build relationships with clients and drive insurance sales. You will receive hands-on training, qualified leads, and support to grow into a long-term career with Farmers Insurance.

You will sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance, follow up with clients, and aim to meet and exceed sales goals while leveraging our CRM for pipeline management and ongoing coaching.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized and dependable

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
