beehiiv, based in the United States, is seeking a Partner Program Lead to turn the growing partner network into a meaningful revenue engine. You’ll own the motion end to end—from identifying core agencies and recruiting them to designing offers, enabling partners, and managing payouts.

The role combines partner marketing, sales, enablement, and program design in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You’ll start solo, backed by a team across marketing, growth, sales, and finance, and you’ll bring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, channel, marketing, or business development at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to recruit, close, and grow agency partners.
• Experience designing partner programs with incentives and tiers.
• Strong CRM discipline and data-driven forecasting.
• Comfort with affiliate, creator, and agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and close agency partners and define ICPs.
• Build market to attract partners and craft compelling offers.
• Lead program design, incentives, and payout models.
• Own onboarding, activation, and partner enablement.
• Report on partner-sourced revenue and LTV.
