Job summary

NewsBreak is hiring an Agency Partner Manager, Scaled Growth to turn agency partnerships into a scalable source of advertisers. You will guide partners from onboarding to launch and manage growth across the U.S. and international markets.

You will train agency teams on our ads platform, provide performance insights, and help agencies expand their advertiser portfolios. A strong CRM and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ad sales, agency partnerships or related roles at an ad platform or agency.
• Experience managing agency partnerships and onboarding advertisers.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and attribution.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and communicate with senior agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and activation for agency partners across markets.
• Build scalable engagement plans to increase advertiser spend and retention.
• Serve as voice of the agency market to Product and Data teams.
• Transition high-spend advertisers to Account Managers with a clear handoff.
