Job summary

Zinnia, a Denver-based agency, seeks an Agency Operations & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, project performance, and business systems. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll bridge budgeting, staffing, utilization, and profitability to drive better business decisions.

You will lead accounting, cash flow, forecasting, and ERP usage while guiding teams and improving processes for efficiency and growth. A project-driven background is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in agency operations, finance, business operations, project accounting, or related.
• Experience in an advertising/marketing agency or similar project-driven business is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, scopes, staffing, utilization, billing, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience overseeing financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and month-end processes.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into practical recommendations for leaders.
