Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in relationship management, consulting or leadership.
• Industry knowledge in life/annuities or insurance preferred.
• Strong tech-savviness across digital strategies and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships within Zinnia’s framework; lead cross-functional teams.
• Define and execute account management strategy to ensure client objectives are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize client experience and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and drive ROI for clients.
• Lead governance and prioritization with the client’s leadership and Zinnia teams.
• Travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.
