SE2, a behavior change marketing and community engagement agency, seeks an Agency Operations & Finance Manager to align people, projects, budgets, systems, and profitability. You’ll report to the CEO and oversee financial operations, forecasting, Workamajig administration, and business processes to drive smarter decisions.

The role emphasizes project-based accounting, staffing, utilization, and effective leadership to keep SE2 profitable and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency operations or project-based finance.
• Experience in advertising/marketing agency or professional services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and profitability knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
